And who can blame them?
You'd have to be of a certain age to even know who 2Pac is, and older people might not be able to appreciate rappers with more sophisticated flows, because their minds are not as nimble as they once were.
In Iowa, the state's former Director of Human Services, 66-year-old Jerry Foxhoven, was recently fired, supposedly for sending out thousands of emails with inspirational 2Pac quotes.
There were also complaints that he played 2Pac's music in the office, as one does, and passed out 2Pac-themed cookies on his birthday.
The actual cause of his firing has yet to be revealed, and Foxhoven himself suggests that it may have had more to do with contentious salary negotiations. He was too old to be working anyway, and they may have been able to replace him with a younger person who would take less money.
One other thing to consider is that sometimes old white guys start fuxxing with rap music because they hear a lot of it in strip clubs. If that was the case with Foxhoven, there could be a reason why they're being suspiciously mum about why he was let go, even now that it's all over the news.
If you work in a warehouse, hardly a day goes by when you don't hear 2Pac.
You should be forced to stop working at 65, for society's benefit.
