The fact that Kanye, along with Jim Brown, met with President Trump in the Oval Office and suggested, among other things, that he replace Air Force One with what appears to be a life-size bathtub toy would be hilarious, if it weren't for the implications?
What if Trump really does repeal the 13th Amendment? Is Kanye not aware that the 13th Amendment is the one that freed black people from slavery? Why not get rid of the one that gave women the right to vote? No offense, ladies. I'm just saying.
I'm cool with prisoners being paid at least minimum wage (like I will, if I ever find another job), or not having to work, since they're in prison anyway, but now is not the time to be changing the Constitution. Not only is the president an open, unabashed white supremacist, but I've never been less confident in the Democrats' ability to protect us.
The Democrats only have one move. It involves accusing their opponent of having raped someone, or having put their hand over someone's mouth like maybe they were going to rape them, and trying to use that to have them officially disqualified. Emphasis on "trying." It didn't work on Trump in '16, and it didn't work on Kavanaugh, but I can't imagine we've seen the last of it.
I'm assuming the hashtag resistance is not aware that Jim Brown once threw a white woman from a balcony. Otherwise, I feel like that would have been all over Twitter all day yesterday, despite Kanye's idea to employ erstwhile prisoners in a factory named after Larry Hoover, let alone the stock market crash and the hurricane.
If and when the SJWs do find out, maybe they can use that to drive the domestic-abuse-survivor vote in the midterms.
