I couldn't be too grateful, a few weeks ago, when Twitter was the only social media platform that didn't ban Alex Jones.
It's still Twitter. No one on there has anything interesting to say, pretty much by definition, and none of the girls I follow have been worth a shit in like five years, but who's got time to go through and prune their thot-follows?
Even I've got better things to do, and I'm unemployed!
And now Twitter doesn't even have Alex Jones. It was announced yesterday that he'd been banned, supposedly because people were reporting him for making fun of the eyes of some guy who works for CNN. Tha fuck?
They may have purposely waited until after Burt Reynolds died, so the prime Infowars demographic would be preoccupied. At one point yesterday, pretty much the entire trending topics was Reynolds-related, and I'm assuming that's not just because I live in Missouri. (They may have even killed Burt Reynolds.)
Of all the things Alex Jones ever did, it doesn't make sense that he would be banned for his video going off on the guy from CNN, and his hilarious run-in with Lil Marco Rubio. It seems more likely that Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey was embarrassed when it was revealed that he purposely lobbied in favor of Jones and Richard Spencer.
Obvious question: If they were going to get rid of someone, how come they didn't just get rid of Richard Spencer, the actual Nazi? Could it be that there's something going on between him and Jack Dorsey?
