Who ever heard of a rap beef that abruptly came to an end because J. Prince called the guy who was losing and told him he wasn't allowed to respond? TF kind of BS is that?
I was hoping that Drake really did pay someone $100,000 for dirt on Pusha T, for use in a response to "The Story of Adidon," and that maybe he'd even address the fact that he's hiding a child. Rap music was almost interesting again.
But then J. Prince had to go and ruin it. In a radio interview to promote some book he's got coming out, he said he called Drake and told him not to respond to "Adidon," and that the beef is over.
It was subtly suggested that he's the rap game equivalent of Don Corleone in the first Godfather movie, and that, if either side of the beef were to issue another response they might wake up with random horse parts in their bed—which is rude.
I wouldn't sweat it though, if I were Drake, because it sounds like he's being extorted by J. Prince, and therefore J. Prince can't very well have him killed without fucking up his own money. He'd end up like Suge Knight after 2Pac was assassinated.
And something else Drake might want to consider: If J. Prince is so concerned with his well-being, how come he couldn't have had a talk with Drake's alleged baby's mother? I feel like that situation could have been "dealt with" a long time ago.
