Well, there definitely was an unfortunate incident, but it doesn't sound like there was any non-consensual lovemaking.

They looked through everyone's cell phones, and they couldn't find any photos or video of it. The chick can't remember it happening. No one who was there says it happened. There's no DNA evidence.

It sounds like all these guys did was touch the girl inappropriately while she was passed out. They should receive whatever the punishment is for that (provided sufficient evidence exists to convict them of it in a court of law), but that's not the same thing as rape. Sorry.
