Dark butts are the wind beneath Wale's wings

When I was in Mississippi, a girl told me she had her first child at 16. So I made a song called “Illest B—- Alive.” There's a special place in my heart for black girls.
Wale, in Rolling Out, in response to a question about that time he didn't cast enough dark butts in the video for "Pretty Girls." What was he trying to say?
