Mister Cee, above left, Hot 97 DJ, Biggie Smalls' former DJ and executive producer on Ready to Die, as referenced in 50 Cent's "How to Rob," was busted last week for getting head from a tranny hooker in a parked car, according to the legendary Jacky Jasper, who, you'll recall, was on top of that Guru and Solar story.
