Should the homeless receive a bailout?
Homeless groups in New York are trying to get JP Morgan Chase to give them abandoned buildings the bank owns, because it received bailout money. I heard about it just now on Russia Today, where I get my news.
Here's the problem with homeless people's reasoning. Er, one of them.
If you work like a Hebrew slave and only make into the extremely low five figures, like I do, only to have to pay out the ass in taxes, and then some of that money is used to bail out banks who wouldn't give you a loan, even though they've been given a bailout specifically for the purpose of giving you a loan, that's some fucked up shit.
But if you're a homeless person, you don't contribute to the system anyway. The banks could be given all of the money in the world, and it still wouldn't be any of your money - because you don't have any money.
I'm not saying homeless people shouldn't be allowed to live indoors, even though it's been proven they don't want to. I'm just saying. If anyone should be allowed to live in a bank, I should.
