RapGaydar > RapRadar (Updated!)
Props to whoever put together this parody of RapRadar, called RapGaydar.
I have an idea who might have done it, but it's just a hunch. I honestly didn't have anything to do with it, and hadn't even heard of it until just now. You guys know I wouldn't even put that much effort into my own site.
Even though RapGaydar is modeled after Elliott Wilson's site, it seems mostly concerned with kicking dirt on the late, great Vibe magazine, which really should be remembered as the rap magazine for lames and flames. Hip-hop is a little bit straighter for not having it around anymore. I might expand on this in a post for Gawker this weekend, similar to the one I did on Asher Roth, but we'll see.
UPDATE 1: Yep, it's Rafi, the guy from Oh Word. He registered the domain under his own name. Also, I just got an email from TAN - there was a change of plans and I'm not gonna be able to "eulogize" Vibe in Gawker this weekend. Damn.
UPDATE 2: Elliott says he's gonna send Rafi a cease and decist. Really? Stop snitching, Elliott.
