Elliott Wilson: Privacy is for TIs only

A few weeks ago, I posted a screencap of an email exchange between Elliott Wilson, his boss, Eminem's manager Paul Rosenberg, and his male secretary, Brian "B.Dot" Miller. In the screencap, Elliott and Brian's email addresses were obscured, but Paul Rosenberg's wasn't.

Elliott emailed me and asked me to take Paul's email down, and I did. I took it down and replaced it with a version where you couldn't see it. This is all well documented. If you read this site on a regular basis, you probably remember when it happened. I joked that Rosenberg was gonna sic Mossad on me.

Yesterday, I checked Twitter and I saw that B.Dot, butthurt over RapGaydar, had posted Rafi's home address. The fuck? I thought we weren't posting people's personal information? So, I posted Paul Rosenberg's email and told people to let him know they don't approve of B.Dot threatening people.

A huge, embarrassing kerfuffle ensued. Maybe you saw it at the time. If not, you're certainly free to dig through the archives. I'll admit, I got a little bit insensitive with the jokes about his wife, especially since she's going through a rough time in her career.

The lesson here seems to be that it's important not to post people's personal information on the Internets... if that person's a tall Israeli. Otherwise, you can go fuck yourself. Someone shows up to Rafi's house and fucks with his kids? So be it. As long as Eminem's manager doesn't get too many emails.

As Elliott himself mentioned last night, someone sent me his the number to his cell. I've been debating putting it out there, just so people can call and let him know the error of his ways, but I'm not sure if I will What do you fruits think?
