Did Drake just pull an Asher Roth?

Salty black women are pissed! They want to know why Drake, who's half-black and half-Jewish (that's why he gave himself a record deal), didn't cast any black women in his video for "Best I Ever Had," which features nothing but hispanic women.

Check the following email Sandra Rose received from one of her readers (emphasis mine).

Sandra as a woman I am offended that this is all Kanye West, the director, could come up with for one of the hottest songs of the summer. He should be ashamed of this depiction of females. This video in a nutshell basically says a woman’s beauty is defined by how big her boobs are and light her skin is. And Kanye being a black man raised by black parents and Drake being bi-raicial (half black and half white) why are they only showcasing ALL Hispanic girls in this video? I don’t get it, they couldn’t get ONE pretty chocolate sister up in the video like Lanisha Cole, Jessica White, or Natasha Ellie to be in the video alongside the Hispanic girls? Why is it the black men have a problem showcasing their beautiful black sisters? You never see all non-white models in popular White rock artists videos. Only with black rappers does this occur. Drake’s career is slowly but surely going down the tube especially after this video gets out on tv. EPIC FAIL on both Drake and Kanye’s part. You have failed your own women and race by this video please be ashamed.

Note that I have no idea how they went about determining that all of the girls in the "Best" video are hispanic. The first thing I thought when I saw it, last night, was how come they couldn't have cast a few white chicks? But you guys know there were a few problems with my upbringing. (If it's any consolation, I really am ashamed.)

Also, I'll go ahead and point out that, for what it's worth, Drake has been known to date black women. Some of his best lays have been black chicks! This one girl he was dating, Bria Myles, isn't just black - she's as dark as the back of Forest Whitaker's neck, and built like a Mack truck.
