Bill Maher goes in on Obama

Maher

Hey, look, it's another one of these celebrity Obama supporters trying to save face!

Bill Maher had a segment on his show the other day where he went in on Obama for not changing shit, and then yesterday he went on Countdown with Keith Olbermann to reiterate his point, for people who can't afford premium cable in today's tough economy.

The thing is, he had to have known this was gonna happen. He's not a dumb guy. He supported Nader back in 2000. Perhaps he even saw my post about how Obama is the Puppet on the Left. You know he stays consulting the Google for images of Superhead and her ilk. For all we know, he's been working on this little spiel ever since he came out in favor of Obama in the first place.

At least Michael Eric Dyson got all salty and personal with it, bitching about Obama won't invite him to the White House, despite the fact that he apparently lives down the street. He may have even bought a house down the street, with proceeds from his umpteen books, thinking he'd be over most nights of the week. If only he'd gone one step further and connected his lack of an invite to them Jews, like his fellow "Reverend," Jeremiah Wright.

(Like that reverend in quotes trick? I got that from Christopher Hitchens.)

For what it's worth, no one's really proven that Jeremiah Wright's theory is incorrect. The only way you could really say for certain that it is is if you find someone Obama actually invites to the White House, have him go on TV and discuss Israel's shenanigans, and see if he gets invited back. Maybe someone could get in his mother-in-law's ear. I hear she's been out and about in DC.

After the jump is the clip from Countdown, then the clip from Real Time. (via)
