N-bomb watch: The Ozone Awards

Speaking of large congregations of n-bombs acting a damn fool, the 3rd annual Ozone Awards were held down in Houston this weekend, and it sounds like it was one for the ages.

Here's Lil Boosie from a news item over at XXL today talking about how he had to whoop a nigga's ass for an hour straight (his words, mind you) at one of the after parties:

“Yeah, we had to whoop a nigga ass for like a hour straight,” Boosie told XXLmag.com. “It was just usual shit. You know how niggas be gettin out of line? It was just some…recreation.”

Roffle.

Boosie wouldn't say (I guess he felt it wouldn't be becoming of a man of his stature), but supposedly the fight had to do with one n-bomb trying to snatch another n-bomb's chain. Which, I know, is how a lot of these fights happen.

My boss over at XXL, Jackpot, was actually down there. In his post today, on the best and worst moments of the Ozone Awards weekend, he's got a picture of a guy all laid out, seemingly unconscious, with his pants down around his knees, presumably after having received a beatdown. (Or as I like to call it, a Double-O.) Or who knows, maybe he just took too much PCP. You know that's what they do down there.

I know there's supposedly also a picture of Mike Jones laid out, with his face all bloody and his ass hanging out of his jeans, after getting knocked right the fuck out by this guy Trae. But I'm assuming the guy in Jackpot's picture isn't Mike Jones, since he doesn't look like a bloated Ninja Turtle.

It makes me wonder though: Is that what's hot in the streets these days, beating a guy up and then taking a picture of him with his pants down. If so, that sounds pretty gay to me, like it might be one more notch down the slippery slope towards it somehow being acceptable for ostensibly straight guys to fuck other guys in the ass.
