Why Black Men Love White Women, by Rajen Persaud.

From what I understand, this had been self-published on the prison circuit for a few years now, as is often the case with black literature, but now it's being re-released with a more sensational cover and wider distribution by Karen Hunters' new imprint with Simon & Schuster.

You'll recall that Karen Hunter is the woman who co-wrote those Superhead books and recently co-wrote that guy Jonathan Plummer's roman a clef about his DL relationship with Terry McMillan.

As far as the author's concerned I should note that while he's got that weird name, he is, in fact, a guy. What's more, based on the picture of him on his site, it looks like he's both a) the product of some hot miscegenation himself, and b) completely insane in the way that mulattoes often are.
