How bad is Paris Hilton, really?

I'm not sure how you would go about determining whether one racist was more racist than another one, but last week's poll had to do with which of several recent high profile racists is actually the most racist. As it turns out, people find Jesse Jackson to be about as racist as anyone, but they find Paris Hilton to be pretty damn racist as well. Hmm...

The results:

4. Don Imus (69 votes)

First of all, I was surprised to see Don Imus', whose own kerfuffle was more epic than any of the rest of these, come in dead last. Not that I found what he said that, but there seemed to be so much outrage.

Similarly, Michael Richards must have breathed a sigh of relief when he heard Don Imus said what he said. Granted, Michael Richards actually used the n-word, and Imus didn't - at least, in this case. But I guess a crime is only a crime these days when it's committed against black women. Then we gotta ban rap music.

Finally, the race (no pun intended) for first place pretty damn was close all week between Jesse Jackson and Paris Hilton. Paris was actually in the lead in the beginning of the week, but Brother Jesse caught up and managed to hold onto his slight lead throughout the weekend.

Still, I'm surprised so many people consider Paris Hilton even more racist than the likes of Don Imus, Michael Richards, and, yeah, Jesse Jackson. I mean, I'm aware of some of the shit she said, but come on. She was obviously just kidding.

This occured on some Caribbean Island where child molestation is not frowned upon. The girl was later skeeted upon by various hype men shortly after the camera cut off.
