Too Short - Blow the Whistle: Track Review

If you can imagine, "Blow the Whistle" is the first single from Too Short's 16th album. It's even been a good 10 years since his fake "retirement."
[Is "blowing the whistle" yet another one of these Hyphy phenomena that involve getting high on ecstasy and doing something dangerous with your car? Or is it just a saying? If any of my Bay Area readers could clue me in, that would be fantastic.]
The thing about "Blow the Whistle" is that it doesn't sound very much like a Lil' Jon song, or an E-40 song for that matter. Aside from the occasional synthesizer squiggle here and there, this could be a song off any number of other Too Short albums.
If there's an issue, it's that I could use more cursing and wanton misogyny. I mean, why else would I buy a Too Short album? Because I'm a huge fan of Ant Banks? Also, not unlike 40 Water, Short Dog spends a lot of time bitching about how rappers and comedians are stealing his slang.
Dude, spare me.
