Bill O'Reilly has a point

You know white people are starting to get pissed when you've got John Gibson, and now Bill O'Reilly, going on TV talking about white power and shit.
If you haven't already, you might want to check these two articles and their corresponding videos, courtesy of Media Matters.
- Gibson: "Make more babies" because in "[t]wenty-five years ... the majority of the population is Hispanic"
- O'Reilly claimed NY Times, other "lefty zealots" believe "the white Christians who hold power must be swept out by a new multicultural tide"
It was predicted by many that there'd be some sort of backlash after legions of illegal immigrants took to the streets to demand the rights guaranteed by, um, no one.
As silly as that was though, this backlash seems to stem more so from the Washington Post article I highlighted the other day and the realization that the US is about to get real brown, real fast. The thing is, they might have a point.
As a black man, obviously I could care less about white people losing their white privilege. But I wonder how much what you might call American privilege is tied up in white privilege. If the US becomes something along the lines of Mexico, we all stand to lose something.
