The Real World: Austin - Episode 13: Episode Summary

Queers!

I was like 28 minutes into tonight's episode when mine and DCOY's apartment committed suicide. I'm in the process of pulling something together based on my recollection of what I actually saw, which could end up being less than stellar. My bad if this fucks with anyone's plans.

Um, basically Wes and Wren had a little incident where he "accidentally" kissed some broad in a bar. Melanie and the tiny jealous latino tried to blow it up into something way more than what it was, just out of pure nasty female spite. Which leads Wes to overapologize for it a bit before he realizes Wren doesn't really give a shit. She just wants to be on TV.

Then they go on this camping trip, which was mostly uneventful. Danny and Nehemiah, who's secretly gay, try to convince Wes to toss Wren out like a dead baby. This is such a bad idea it actually kinda bothers me, especially since we know he just ends up with the hispanic broad. Somewhere along the line, Danny decides he'll drop Melanie, too.

And that's about as much as I got to see. Lacey continues to be my favorite character this season. Did everybody catch her snooping around in the hallway while Wes and Danny were scheming on their respective trim? How creepy yet somehow appealing.

NEXT WEEK: Yet another all-time low for the series.
