Is Kanye West the next Professor Griff?

Pictured above is your boy Big Bank Kanye accepting a special award (Jew Hater of the Millenium?) from "Calypso" Louis Farrakhan's Millions More Movement. While it isn't explicitly stated in the press release, it can generally be assumed that when such an organization goes out of its way to create a special award for an individual, said individual has made some sort of donation to that organization.

You'll recall that "Calypso" Louis, the man to whom the check was most likely made out, has been known as the maker of such Jew-baiting statements as the following:

"The war in Iraq is not your war; that's Israel's war... The rudder that is turning America is not your elected officials; it's that small influential group of neo-conservatives that are using America's power to destroy the enemies of Israel."

Wait, that one's pretty much true! OK, how about:

"Listen, Jewish people don’t have no hands that are free of the blood of us. They owned slave ships, they bought and sold us. They raped and robbed us."

Yeah, that's more like it! And trust that there's a lot more where that came from.

Which makes me wonder if Big Bank Kanye's handlers were actually aware that he was about to throw in his lot with these people. Surely, they were aware of the situation with Professor Griff (on the same label, even) just 15 years prior.

Griff, another marginally talented individual with what you might call an autodidactic understanding of world politics, had to find out the hard way what happens when you decide to pull a "Calypso" Louis. Today, you can purchase 33 copies of his most recent album (released on 9/11, interestingly enough) for a penny at Amazon.

In an interview with the right wing Washington Times, Professor Griff accused the Jews of being guilty for "the majority of the wickedness that goes on across the globe," and also alleged that, "the Jews finance these experiments on AIDS with black people in South Africa."

Kanye West has already gone on record (at Live 8, no less) as saying, "The concept of AIDS alone - my parents always told me, who are activists - that it's a man-made disease in the first place that was placed in Africa just like crack was placed in the black community to break up the Black Panther party."

His new single and video "Diamonds (From Sierra Leone)" is highly critical of the mostly Jew-run diamond industry.

Who wants to bet we won't be hearing much from this guy once Def Jam makes back its money on his next album?
