Damon Dash's sinking feeling

Just to piggyback off of both mine and Combat Jack's previous posts and also to provide you bitches with an all too rare 3 hip-hop related posts in a row (!), not to mention this week's second (you count 'em) post about a deranged black serial rapist (!!), I thought it would be worth revisiting Dame Dash's huge, embarassing fall from prominence in the music biz in light of a few new circumstances.
I already hit you (no homo) about a month ago with the stories about how all of his old artists from Roc-A-Fella opted to sign with Jay-Z at Def Jam rather than with his own Dame Dash Music Group, citing that he's "an idiot" and "has no idea how to pick music." Now it looks like whatever few pieces that were left remaining, other than perhaps ODB's corpse, are beginning to fall by the wayside. First there were the stories about both Cam'ron and MOP leaving the DDMG for new deals elsewhere (I know: BFD, right?), but now I see that the DDMG is leaving (read: getting dropped by) the Universal Music Group altogether. How sad.
In other developments, it's been ages since I've seen anybody in a Roc-A-Wear t-shirt (or anything else for that matter), so I'm assuming that's just about gone the way of Wu-Wear, and I've yet to actually see with my own two eyes pretty much any of these other brands that DDtR "owns."
