Operation: Slap a Dropout
I was worried that this thing would begin to peter out after the weekend, but it looks like it's still picking up steam slowly but surely. I got this in my email about an hour ago stating that the release has been picked up by some smaller but more music-oriented pr network:
I wanted to thank you for choosing Mi2N to promote your news release to the entertainment & new media industry. You can view your release at http://mi2n.com/press.php3
If you click over to the release on Mi2N, you'll notice it's been made an editor's pick. Clearly, the Kanye hate is strong with many people.
What I should probably do is go and find all of the different places on the Internet that allow you to submit a press release for free and hit 'em all up, but I'm thinking I should come up with another press release before I go that route. The next one will probably be to announce the launch of my new Ban Kanye from the Grammys website. I'm planning on a January 1 launch date for that, which would mean that a press release would have to hit the wires a few days in advance announcing it. In the mean time, I'm going to be focusing on producing content for the new site, including shit I've already written and all new shit by myself and members of The Mindset Army.
