Cut Yourself Records

So Project: Cut Yourself is about to shift into Phase 2. I'll finish updating my profile on STLPunk.com the next time I get around to it, and then it's time to start looking into ways to promote the band in the media. I decided we're going to call the band's record label Cut Yourself Records and I'm thinking we should have somebody volunteer to be the label's CEO and the band's all around Malcolm McClaren-style svengali. Also, we'll need somebody with decent HTML skills to create websites for both Heartscab and Cut Yourself Records.

Also, I think Pete (if he ever gets a profile up) is going to be the band's publicist. And it might be a good idea to have the label's CEO and the band's manager be two separate figures, just for the added tension.

I don't have time to be a svengali or any particular amount of web skills, but after working in radio and whatnot I can write beautiful promotional patter. I can write you a one-sheet and content for the web site if yo u like (not for another week though, shit is hectic here).

On second thought, i may actually be able to do a website over the holidays. But like I said, not for another week. I would say we need to get some new pictures to replace Chris Carraba and Eazy up there.
