The Bocephus Diet

There was an article in yesterday's USA Today about how poor people were being priced out of popular diets like the Atkins Diet and the South Beach Diet (apparently the metro version of the Atkins Diet) because they couldn't afford the more expensive foods (beef, salmon and orange roughy, expensive fruits and vegetables) that they required, which could cost up to $15 a day where as, for that same amount, you could buy several days worth of garbage like cookies, macaroni and cheese and hot dogs (not to mention probably a year's supply of Ramen Noodles).
Which caused me to think, what about people like me who could easily throw back $15 a day worth of cheap, nutritionally deficient garbage? I guess we're just fucked.
